Abstract

This is a fascinating paper that projects may want to share with professional development leaders and teachers focused on equity issues. This teacher was inspired to teach her elementary students about race and racism and she shares her classroom experiences in this endeavor. The stories of two of her students are particularly powerful and captivating to read.
